The Morning After: Should You or Shouldn't You Eat Breakfast?

It's the morning after the holiday bash.  You wake not hungry for breakfast.  Should you eat it anyway?

You'll find different answers to that question according to which expert you listen to.  But if you aren't hungry the morning after a big party, chances are you enjoyed plenty of rich food and drink the night before.  And if that's what happened, new research suggests your best choice might be exercise first, then breakfast when you start to feel hungry.
